User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to open a bakery shop. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities that occur under it.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform or violate any laws. This includes but is not limited to spamming, infringing content, or misrepresentation.
Payments & Fees
HumbleBake does not take a percentage of any transaction. Bakers may set their own pricing. Monthly subscription fees may apply for baker accounts.
Legal Compliance
Bakers are solely responsible for complying with all applicable state and local cottage food laws and regulations, including those related to food safety, permits, labeling, and delivery. HumbleBake does not provide legal advice or verify compliance.
Content
All content you upload must be your own or you must have permission to use it. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or is found inappropriate.
Liability
HumbleBake is not responsible for disputes between customers and bakers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any baked goods listed on the platform.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time if you violate these terms or misuse the platform. Any fees paid are non-refundable.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon posting.
